Our service

Our focus on customer service excellence runs across the business, from our in-house support team to our dedicated drivers and waste operatives.

By providing the best possible service and expert advice, we’ve built long term trusted relationships and partnerships with our customers. We’re proud to have been working with many businesses for more than 20 years.

Investment

We invest in our facilities, our fleet and our people. In 2023 alone we updated our fleet with £1.1 million of new vehicles with an additional £1.3 million investment in vehicles due in April 2024, making our 45 vehicles Euro 6 compliant. We also upgraded our systems and replaced machinery with electric powered versions at a cost of over £2.8 million to help reduce our carbon footprint. And we invested over 1,700 hours in training, covering over 70% of our team, bringing new knowledge and skills into the business and providing career development opportunities too.

Our Community

Our business is firmly bedded in our local community. Every year we support a wide range of community groups, sports teams and charity initiatives with promotion, sponsorship and our time. We have a long-standing relationship with Dougie Mac, the Staffordshire based hospice, providing vehicles, people and recycling for their annual Christmas Tree Collection. Rod and Mitch Brown have also participated in their series of sponsored endurance events which have helped raise over £400,000 for the hospice over recent years.
