Given that civil amenities are closed, the work that we carry out here at Brown Recycling has become even more important during this difficult time. Understanding this, we would like to give you, our customers, greater insight into the measures we have put in place to ensure that our work is carried out to a high standard while the spread of the virus is minimised.
The Brown Recycling team are making absolutely sure to abide by social distancing rules, which means that we’re always maintaining a two-metre gap from each other and, of course, our customers.
To make sure that our team are properly equipped to combat the virus whilst out on the road, we have issued them gloves, a mask and safety specs. You can also be secure in the knowledge that we are all using hand sanitiser frequently and thoroughly.
To ensure that we can remain operational whilst minimising the spread of the virus, we have implemented a contact-free delivery and collection system, meaning that the risk for you, the customer, is reduced. Of course, this applies to both of our skip delivery and waste collection services.
Thanks to our online booking system, the amount of staff that we require in our office at any one time is reduced, meaning that we’ve been able to create a safer working environment for everyone.
