Launch of the Values in Practice (VIP) Awards

Brown Recycling is excited to announce the launch of our Values in Practice (VIP) Awards, a programme dedicated to recognising and celebrating employees who consistently demonstrate the company’s core values. This initiative aims to highlight those who go above and beyond, embodying qualities such as teamwork, innovation, integrity, and dedication.

The launch of the VIP Awards is our ongoing commitment to investing in our employees and showcasing the exceptional talent within the organisation. By recognising and celebrating those who embody the company’s values, we want to inspire excellence and foster a cohesive, motivated team.

Introduction to the VIP Awards

The VIP Awards are designed to acknowledge employees who make significant contributions to the company’s success by exemplifying our core values.

How It Works

1. Nomination Process: Employees nominate fellow team members who demonstrate one or more of the company’s values, together with the reasoning behind the nomination.
2. Review and Award process: The nominees with the most votes are put forward for review by the leadership team, who select three employees as that quarter’s VIPs based on their exceptional demonstration of the company’s values. One is nominated as the Standout Employee for the quarter.
3. Recognition and Rewards:  Each VIP receives a dining card and certificate to celebrate their success. Additionally, each standout employee will be automatically entered into a December draw for a chance to win an extra day’s holiday.
